Blossom Lodge
The purpose of Blossom Lodge Supported Living is to offer an alternative to residential care for people with Learning Difficulties ensuring housing, social, health, support and care needs are met, within a fully supported Environment. Also to reduce isolation and encourage social stimulation, maintain relationships, make new ones and meet the needs of a diverse community.
At Blossom Lodge we have a range of assistance available including: Personal Care, Practical Support and Companionship & Social Support
Blossom Lodge is located in Pembroke Road, Erith, of London Borough of Bexley. We are situated in an area that is close to all amenities; we are two minutes to the Bus Stop, and seven minutes to the Train Station. We are two minutes to a Parade of shops that have; a Pharmacy, Chinese Restaurant, Fish and Chips Bar, Pizza take away, a Barber shop and a Bakery. The Erith Town Centre is about five minutes to seven minutes by Bus, also is the Erith pool and activity centre.
Our staff are qualified to provide personal care and support to the people who live in the accommodation and have been assessed as needing this support. Experienced staff help ensure everyone is involved if they want to be and supported according to their capabilities.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide personal care.
We are inspected by London Borough of Bexley, Quality Compliance Team.
Our aim is to provide care and support to our service users in a manner that respects dignity and choice, that is person centred and promotes independence, that encourage inclusion, that increase self-confidence and a Holistic Care Approach. The service will be provided with fully vetted and trained staffs that are committed to the company’s principles.
Blossom Lodge has been adapted to suit our clients with Learning difficulties and associated symptoms between the age of 35 years of age to 75 years of age
