Applicants are asked to supply two references on their application form and complete a declaration that they have no criminal record or have had any disciplinary action taken against them.

As all members of staff are asked to obtain verification from the Criminal Record Bureau that they have no criminal record (a CRB check) their willingness to agree to this will be shown on the final interview record form. Having a criminal record would not necessarily prohibit someone from employment in our company as we look at each application on its individual merits.

Trainings

All new staff will complete an induction, which follows the Common Induction Standards. Amazin care is committed to staff training, offering in-house training as well as send staff on external training courses.
