We believe in providing care and support services that put people first. We are always looking for kind and caring people to work for us who are passionate about making a difference to the lives of those who use our services, by contributing to their health, happiness and well-being.

Everything we do is about putting people first, and that includes delivering exceptional care and support for the vulnerable people in our communities. We also provide a great place to work, with learning and development opportunities for your personal and career development.

Amazin Care employ people with an ambition to pursue their career in Health and Social Care and will provide support to do this every step of the way! We support all of our staff to attain relevant qualifications for their role, ensuring our quality of service is always improving.

Amazin Care has a strong belief in career pathways and job satisfaction, meaning there will be opportunities for those who wish to progress. Amazin care is an equal opportunities employer and encourages applications from all, even if you think your experience is limited. We treat every candidate as an individual, irrespective of your background.

Applicants are asked to supply two references on their application form and complete a declaration that they have no criminal record or have had any disciplinary action taken against them.

As all members of staff are asked to obtain verification from the Criminal Record Bureau that they have no criminal record (a CRB check) their willingness to agree to this will be shown on the final interview record form. Having a criminal record would not necessarily prohibit someone from employment in our company as we look at each application on its individual merits.

We are completely committed to equality of opportunity when delivering our services and in our employment policies. We value and respect diversity.

We welcome enquiries from everyone and value diversity in our workforce.

We have comprehensive polices and procedures to ensure that we do not discriminate against any employee or service user on grounds of gender, race/ethnicity, religious or spiritual beliefs, age, disability or sexuality.

We have a zero tolerance of discrimination within the organisation.

All new staff will complete an induction, which follows the Care Certificate. Amazin care is committed to staff training, offering in-house training as well as send staff on external training courses.
